Job Description

Identifying potential growth markets, short-listing prospects to partner.

Relationship Building with Key Account management & regions product business team.

Understanding the client organization's manpower requirements and detailing of specific mandates, thereafter to formulate overall plan to meet the requisite standards for recruitment. This involves developing a search strategy, sourcing candidates, interviewing, assessing and recommending them to the client.

Do business with due diligence on the prospective partners for building the right proposals

Generating new business leads and continuously identifying potential clients.

End-to-end responsibility for designing and executing the strategic sales plan for securing new clients. This includes but is not limited to prospect targeting, engagement, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and post- closing participation in on-going account management and optimization activities.

Bring an understanding of the marketplace and competitor offerings to drive the company's growth strategy and investments.

Creating High-Impact strategies and Business plans for growth and development.

Mining of Existing Clients. Should have Expertise in IT Industry

To building a long lasting relationships with new clients as well as existing clients.
